MyIndiHome

A mobile application acts as a digital support of IndiHome, Telkom Indonesia’s internet services. This application developed during my time at Telkom Indonesia to replace the existing app with a refreshed design and enhanced features. I am working on fulfillment and assurance journey features such as checking network availability in the customers area, manage the end-to-end WiFi installation process, submit service issues, and access self-care tools and FAQs. Focused on delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience for the customers. MyIndiHome has been merged into Telkomsel, a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia, and has been delisted from the Play Store since December 31, 2024.
Tech Stack: Android, Kotlin, MVVM, Jetpack, Koin, Retrofit, Moshi, Okhttp, Coroutines, Glide, Firebase.
